Can someone explain why this Live Wallpaper needs to know, among other things, my location, my phone state and be able to write files to my phone? Just being security conscious is all.

Hi i downloaded this livewallpaper firsteval the phone asked me if i reakky wanna download a non andorid market item i said yes caus eon the video the quality of the picture looks very good (clear HQ) after the download and install i cant find it on the phone anymore … any idea why andhow can i find or delete it again ?
