Hi, I have just purchased the HTC Wildfire S and it does have live wallpapers on it as standard! There are about 4 or 5 different ones and I have tried each one and they work great on my phone with no problems at all. Havent tried downloading any new one’s yet so that may be a different matter.
But I didnt just get this phone for live wallpapers. This phone is a great all rounder entertainment system !
So let me get this straight: does htc wildfire S supports live wallpapers and can they be downloaded from the android market or another place (htc sense) ?
Yes, Alex, Wildfire S supports live wallpapers and can be downloaded from android market or from here, you only need to install barcode reader, that’s a program that can “read” barcodes from this site and when it reads it puts adress in your phone browser and you can download live wallpaper from it.

I want to purchase this cell phone but little bit confused that this set is not support live wallpaper.So,if I ignore this feature then anybody can tell me about its overall progress.
And if I go for Wildfire S, So what is the best option for me.

Darren, I bought PC User magizane and was very excited to read about Rockpod 4. I have a HTC Desire so I was looking forward to converting my videos so I can watch them on the train. I was very disappointed, however, when I realised that it is a windows only product. Like my HTC Desire, all my desktop, netbook and server machines are Linux. With writing quite a few pages this month, there’s only so much work I can squeeze into a month and unfortunately, I needed an extra three or four days to get the Linux version right enough to go on the disc.It’s a bummer because I use our UserOS Select 10.04 operating system on one of my systems!I’d like to think RockPod 5 might come as both Linux and Mac OS X versions as well!Cheers, Darren.
